We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site.

An unsubscribe option is included at the bottom of every list email, and times at the top and the bottom, and you may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.

USE OF PII (Personal identifiable information)

We will not sell, share, license, transfer or rent your email address to third parties such as our affiliates, sponsors, partners, and the like, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to those persons utilized by ChimeraBody to manage this information, for purposes of contacting you in accordance with the consent you provided at the point of email collection or sending you emails based on your request for information.

ChimeraBody takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, it is protected both online and off-line. ChimeraBody enforces rigorous internal policies among its personnel to maintain the security and privacy of our visitors, and is constantly re-evaluating and deploying new technologies to enhance security.


We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and administer our web sites. We also track browser types in order to develop an understanding of our visitors’ needs, related to web site design. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

IP addresses are tracked to help monitor user sessions. We use this information to see how user interactivity is being conducted, to better service our users & subscribers. The personal information of specific users remains anonymous and is not linked to the IP address.

Client-side cookies are used to verify the login status of users & subscribers using products or services linked directly with our website.

The usage of cookies while on our site is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information. All set cookies are temporary; once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. In the event that ChimeraBody decides to alter its privacy policy, we will list any changes here, but ChimeraBody will not retroactively alter its policies.
